Eve Kinizo

Eve has been directing Independent feature length Documentaries and Short form content since she moved to Canada in 2002.  Eve’s films aired on the Bravo! Channel, & her Documentaries on CBC & AMItv . She has vast experience in Post Production as Post Producer and is passionate about advancing Women in key positions in Film and Television.

Eve is mostly known for her Feature film Healey’s Hideaway   about musician  Jeff Healey and his club – which aired on CBC and  is distributed worldwide and 2nd  Feature film ’33 Years-The Secret my sister once told me’ about sexual assault in the military, which aired on AMItv Her recent web series I Plead the 61 is favoured by many Music Documentary fans and gained many viewers online.  . Her Dramatic work aired on the Bravo!fact channel. 

Eve won ‘Best Feature Documentary’ in 2017 for her film Healey’s Hideaway at MIFF .

She is a wealth of knowledge, creative ideas and passion for storytelling reflecting truth, imagination and exploration of Cinematic language.
