Originally from Mexico, Freddy Chávez Olmos, is a writer and Director who specializes in the horror and sci-fi genres combining his special make-up and visual effects supervising experience in his storytelling having participated in productions directed by Guillermo del Toro, Neill Blomkamp, Robert Rodriguez, Tim Burton and Christopher Nolan. Freddy has written and directed projects independently, including the award-winning short films SHHH, LEVITICUS 24:20 and DUÉRMETE, NIÑO. His first short film SHHH, debuted online through ALTER with almost 1 million views. Guillermo del Toro himself praised the film for having strong visuals. More recently, Freddy joined the Directors Guild of Canada making his television directorial debut on the CW and Netflix series TWO SENTENCE HORROR STORIES Season 3.
