Karen has been working profession in the film and television industry for over 20 years, starting her career as an entertainment lawyer and producer, but writing and directing exclusively since 2006. She specializes in female-driven elevated horror but has also worked in true crime and dark fantasy. Her independent credits include three independent feature films, a web series and nine short films. Her latest and fourth feature is a teen horror comedy for NBC/Universal.
