Stephanie Joline is a Writer and Director in Nova Scotia. Her mother is Inuit and her father is French Acadian. Stephanie's work provokes conversation, breaks boundaries, and is deeply rooted in inclusivity and feminism. Her feature films include NIGHT BLOOMS, a coming-of-age story in the 1990s, and STREAM ME, about an Indigenous teen who immerses herself in online gaming. Stephanie has also directed for TV (Farm Crime, CBC Gem, Spirit Talker, APTN). In 2020, she was awarded the Irving Avrich Award from TIFF.
