Eva Colmers loves directing emotionally-rich characters and brings out fine performances from actors both young and old. Eva began her career writing/directing 12 award-winning shorts. She directed 3 documentaries for the NFB (THE ENEMY WITHIN, THE ELDER PROJECT, WE REGRET TO INFORM YOU), directed for APTN’s comedy series CAUTION: MAY CONTAIN NUTS, for Bell’s BravoFACT and BravoFACTUAL. A German-Canadian citizen, Eva is drawn to stories about "outsiders” and appreciates diverse cast and crews.
