Gary Hawes has directed multiple episodes of ABC's hit drama THE GOOD DOCTOR, receiving the 2022 Leo Award for Best Direction in a Dramatic Series for the episode "Waiting". He also directed the indie feature LEAP FOR YOUR LIFE, that played multiple festivals around the world. His short films feature the likes of Tony award winner Alan Cumming and Bafta award winner Ioan Gruffudd. Gary has also directed 2nd Units on television shows for Disney and Fox. He is a DGA and DGC Director member with an 0-1 Visa to work in the US. As an Assistant Director, Gary has gained experience with some of the top filmmakers in the world with credits such as JUNO and INTERSTELLAR.
