Sebastian Cluer is a Canadian Screen Award–winning Director, Producer, Developer, and Creator from Toronto's inner city. A graduate of Ryerson University’s (TMU) Image Arts/New Media Program, his practice is built on a foundation of having worked in nearly every role from pre- to post-production. This ground-up understanding combines technical expertise with an unparalleled creative versatility.

As a director, he is highly sought after for his strong visual storytelling grounded in authentic human moments. His work is infused with an authenticity forged from a lifetime of overcoming challenges and doing the work himself. He brings an efficiency and calm that steadies projects under pressure, and is recognized for his instinctive ability to generate spontaneous content and pivot narratives when it strengthens the story, all while running an efficient and positive set.

His directing credits span scripted comedy, horror, documentary, and genre hybrids, with notable projects including The Office Movers, My 90-Year-Old Roommate, Kenny vs. Spenny, Still Standing, Decoys, The Ron James Show, Bollywed, The Dark Side of Reality TV, and History’s Greatest Warriors. He has also helmed paranormal series such as Paranormal Nightshift, My Paranormal Nightmare, My Haunted Hometown, and Repossessed, and has showrunning and development experience with Vice, Tricon, and others.

He continues to actively develop original series and pursue new projects while collaborating as a creative partner on show concepts, pitch decks, and proof-of-concept sizzles.
