Wendell Collier

Wendell G. Collier is an award winning Director and Cinematographer with over 15 years experience in the television & digital media landscape.  He has worked across several genres including, commercial, branded series, multi-cam, documentary and dramatic.

In television, Wendell has been a series Director and/or Director of Photography on primetime documentary shows for Discovery Canada, History Channel, CBC, Food Network, and HGTV among others. His work has taken him to most parts of the world including, Ethiopia, South Africa, The DMZ of South Korea, & The Arctic Circle. 

Recently, his last series for CBC "Mi'kma'ki" was nominated for a Canadian Screen Award. As an Indigenous-descent key-creative Wendell continues to collaborate and develop across several projects and serve as a mentor for emerging Indigneous creatives.
