September 7th - 2019 Director Showcase: DGC BC Short Films and How to Pitch Panel

The DGC BC's 2nd Annual Director Showcase Weekend will occur from September 6 - 8, 2019 and feature screenings, panels and receptions to celebrate the tremendous achievements of DGC BC Directors!

The DGC BC has a limited number of complimentary tickets available. As such, some events during the Directors Showcase Weekend may be limited to one ticket per Member. All ticket sales will end at 3:00 PM on Friday, September 6, 2019 in order for guest lists to be sent to the necessary venues.

Join us on SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 7 at the VANCITY THEATRE for the screening of the first two winners of the DGC BC's Short Film Award: BEAUTIFUL GUN from GABRIEL CORREA (Emerging Filmmaker Award) and WE CAME FROM THE SEA from JEREMY LUTTER (Legacy Filmmaker Award).

Stick around after the screenings for a panel discussion on HOW TO PITCH with Jeremy, Gabriel and this year's Emerging Filmmaker Award recipient BRIAN MCWHA moderated by JOHN PENHALL.

Screenings start promptly at 3:00 pm. Please arrive early to ensure your seat.
